Do you make outfits for kids?
Definitely. We love making bite-sized pieces for your little ones at Basically Sui.

I like a piece but can I have it in a different colour/print?
Yes, we can customise the piece you like in a different print available with us. For colour changes, if you have a preference please do share it with us and we'll try our best to get that done for you.
In case of a print change, a difference in price may occur depending on the print chosen. We shall inform any such changes to you beforehand. It is only after your approval that we'll proceed with the customisation.
Would it be possible to add sleeves or change outfit length?
Yes sure.
Please mention sleeve addition, length changes or any such customisation requirements in the comments section on the product page while you're adding the product to the cart.
It'll help us to speed up the process if you could also mention the requirement in detail. For e.g., sleeve length/type of sleeve/the length you need it at and so on.
Do custom orders take the same time as regular orders?
Usually, custom orders take about a week longer than regular orders. However, we try to get it done as soon as possible.
If you require your order by a certain date, please do let us know in advance.
Is COD applicable for custom orders?
No, sorry.
Since the design is being specifically tailored to your requirements, all custom orders need to be prepaid
Do you make matching sets?
Absolutely! We love making matching sets.
